TOTEME offers a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery, ensuring that your curated wardrobe pieces meet your expectations. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags and protective packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Package

  Place the items in their original designer packaging and secure them inside the shipping box provided with your order.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the pre-paid return shipping label to the outside of the parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our atelier inspects the returned items, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
