What is the standard shipping timeframe?
We offer worldwide shipping. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, with delivery taking 3-5 business days for international shipments and 1-2 business days for domestic orders.
What is your return policy?
TOTEME accepts returns within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
How do I care for my TOTEME garments?
To preserve the longevity of our high-quality fabrics, we recommend following the specific care instructions on the internal label. Many of our wool and silk pieces are dry-clean only.
Are duties and taxes included in the price?
For most regions, including the EU, US, and UK, duties and taxes are included in the final price at checkout. For other destinations, you may be responsible for local import duties upon delivery.
Which payment methods do you accept?
